Saturday, September 6th
Packet Pickup “Hiawatha's Revenge” – Chatham Fairgrounds 7:00am – 9:00am Race Rollout Start– 9:30am

Packet Pickup “ Red Deer Run” - Valley Spur Parking Lot 7:00am – 8:30am Race Rollout Start – 9:00am

Awards:

Altran Bus to provide transportation for racers following race for vehicle pickup from both race start areas. Shower facilities & secure bike corral available at race finish.

YOUTH RACE & FAMILY DAY

On Sunday, September 7, 2008, the Friends of Valley Spur will be hosting youth racing for ages 16 and under. Registration will be on-site beginning at noon with racing starting at 1:30. Race entry is FREE. Course length will range from 3/4 mile to 5 miles. Donations will be accepted and will be contributed to Friends of Valley Spur to fund this event and the trail system at Valley Spur Recreation Area. After the youth racing, there will be snack foods and awards. Come out early and make it a great family day. Tour Da Woods Mountain Bike Challenge is an event organized by Anna River Pedalers Bike Club as a major fund raiser for D.A.R.E. in Alger County, See www.dare.org, and The Beverly Family Foundation, a breast cancer support fund. To register by mail, click the link below to print the registration form. Send the completed form and payment (check or money order) to the address listed on the form. No registration will be available on the day of the race.

May 1st – July 31st $40.00
August 1st – August 31st $45.00
September 1st - September 5th $55.00
Student Rate - $ 30.00 at anytime
